- ARCC-N, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W911SA-09-T-0089 for Bulk Blended Phosphate Solutions. Period of performance for this contract will be from 01 JUL 2009 through 30 JUL 2010, with four additional option years. The proposed procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 424690 with a corresponding small business size standard of 100 employees. The RFQ will be issued on or about 19 May 09 and can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the RFQ documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Ccontractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
