- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE. Provide containers for collection and testing of transformer oil, to six working hydropower plants located at McNary Dam, Umatilla, OR; Ice Harbor Dam Burbank,WA; Lower Monumental Dam, Kahlotus, WA; Little Goose Dam Dayton, WA; Lower Granite Dam, Pomery, WA; Dworshak Dam, Ahsahka, ID. This contract is a fixed-price. The intent is to have a base year with four option years. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria indicated in the solicitation. See Statement of Work for additional information. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 and the size standard is $12 Million. Solicitation is unrestricted. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
