- Construct Range Operations Center, Range 201, Grafenwoehr Training Area, GERMANY EUROPE. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $ 250,000 - $ 500,000. Time for completion 120 calendar days. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 30% of the construction work must be performed by the prime contractor. Solicitation will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on approx. 29 May 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
