- The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends too award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase Request number is F5A6CE9063A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED in accordance with FAR Part 19.10, The Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. This acquisition is being made under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220, with a size standard of $14,000,000. BID SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, technical knowledge and transportation necessary to perform requirements of the attached Statement of Work. Requirements include: installation of specified VAV boxes, supply & return plenums, ducts, diffusers, grills and all necessary mounting, DDC connection, insulation sealing, and software/hardware adjustments to existing Teletrol 486 DDC network; and, airflow balance adjustment for each of the new supply grill/return grills to assure adequate airflow and comfort per ASHRAE standards.
