- Description
- The work shall consist of a variety of environmental tasks to include, but not limited to: analysis of data derived from environmental studies, hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste (HTRW) studies, industrial hygiene and health physics studies, environmental assessments, confined space entry, emergency response, research and development, hydroacoustics, biological studies, mussel studies, report writing, special study projects, remote instrumentation and other related environmental work. Laboratory testing, per se, is not a part of this contract; however when indicated, limited analysis of samples in the field may be required. The RFP will be posted online at the St. Louis District Contracting Home Page at the address shown below. The RFP documents will only be available electronically and potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the RFP and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and any additional information. Award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract with a base year and four option to renew periods resulting from a competitive negotiated RFP. The award decision will be based on technical expertise, past performance, experience and cost factors. Contract value not to exceed $2,000,000.00 per contract year. The RFP will be available on or about 29 May 2009 and is set aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is $7 Million.
