- The Naval EOD Technology Division has a requirement for Exchange 2003 Cluster installation & Backup Recovery & Archiving (BURA) assessment. This is a sole source requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 ( c ) ( 1). Dell Federal Systems, One Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682-2244. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database.
