- Amendment 0007 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide additional clarification related to L.17(e) and L.17(f). L.17(e) requests that Offerors complete the L.24 Attachment L.7 Price Template which will enable the baseline of all Offerors proposed prices. L.17(f) permits the Offerors to propose any and all labor categories which it feels may be needed under this contract in addition to the categories identified within the spreadsheet. Labor categories and rates from L.17(e) and L.17(f) may be included in the contract. The Government will issue task orders based upon the labor categories necessary to complete the work at the site. Thus, the inclusion of additional, all encompassing labor categories is advised. The addition of labor categories within the spreadsheet (provided under L.17(e)) is not permitted. Both L.17(e) and L.17(f) will be evaluated in accordance with M.5. The response date for proposal submission is May 18, 2009, 3:00pm EST.
