- 8(A) SOLE SOURCE SET A-SIDE FOR TLSL, Inc., Walnut, MS. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing twelve (12) riser pipe grade control structures in Panola County, Mississippi. Principle features of work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, control of water, engineering fabric, stone protection, corrugated metal pipe, reforestation, erosion control, lime treatment, welding, concrete work, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at http://www.2fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Offerors should check often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about May 28, 2009. Request for Proposal due on or about June 30, 2009.
