- STATEMENT OF WORK 1.Thermox WDG-HPIIC Microprocessor Based Flue Gas Oxygen and Combustibles Analyzer for 115 Volts AC, 50/60 Hz operation in general in accordance with Bulletin P-270. OR EQUAL. Consists of : (1)Sensor in stainless steel enclosure with lift-off cover. (2)Heaters to maintain components above the dew point of flue gas. (3)Convection flow loop with furnace and zirconia cell and catalytic combustibles detector. (4)Mounting plate for welding to vertical wall or to 3 or 4 pipe nipple as flange. Analyzer to bolt directly up to a 3 300# process flange as long as the top hole is in the 12 oclock position. (5)24 stainless steel probe/ceramic filter assembly to 1300 F (704 C). (6)UL Classified, CE Compliant Series 2000 Control Unit (1) 4-line x 20 characters vacuum fluorescent display shows combinations of oxygen (0-100%), combustibles (ppm or %), time & date, cell temperature, user-programmable text, T/C mV or cell mV. (2) Password protection, programmable pressure compensation and context sensitive help are standard. Display line 4 is reserved for text error and diagnostic messages. (3)Two isolated current outputs for oxygen and one for combustibles. Select oxygen, combustibles, cell temperature, T/C mV or cell mV as current output. Each can be 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 20-4 mA or 20-0 mA. Adjustable to correspond from 0-1% oxygen to 0-100% oxygen and from 0-2000 ppm to 0-5% combustibles. Select hold or track during calibration. (4)Two alarms, each high or low selectable and energize on alarm. Assign one alarm as Oxygen, Calibrate or Verify. Two high Combustibles alarms. (5)Diagnostics include watchdog timer, service alarms, system tests and a 20-entry event log. (6)RS-485 2-way addressable communications port. (7)Real-time clock/calendar. (8)Manual calibration or calibration verification. (9)Weatherproof NEMA 4 steel enclosure wall or panel mount configuration. (10)UL listed for NEC Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous area, T4 temperature rating, CE compliant. 2. Optional Auto Calibration Kit for Thermox Analyzer OR EQUAL. includes the remote calibration unit (RCU) (NEMA 4X rated) complete with valves, regulators, flow meter, flow controller, check valve, and autocalibration module. This allows an automatic calibration (or verification) cycle to be performed: (a) at a timed interval (b) remotely on demand either by contact closure or via the RS 485 port or (c) locally by manually pressing a key on the controller. RCU is UL listed for NEC Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous area, T4A temperature rating. 25 ft interconnecting cable included. Calibration gases not included.
