- DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) that can provide Landscaping Services (Grounds Maintenance) required by the Fort Miley Veterans Affairs Medical Center at the San Francisco's VA Health Care System, located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94116, a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services to maintain all turf areas at the Fort Miley Veterans Medical Center, San Francisco CA. Grounds maintenance will include lawn maintenance, edging, line trimming, weed and pest control, irrigation, fertilization, core aeration, and dethatching. The NAICS is 561730 and the size standard is $7.0 million.
