- Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS), performing under Prime ContractNNM04AA02C, intends to acquire, on a open and competitive basis, a firm fixed pricedhardware and software maintenance support agreement for the NASA wide installedMulti-channel Digital TV System. The intended purchase order provides for specificsupport levels for specific equipment identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW)contained in the Request For Proposal (RFP). Initial services call for support to beginon or about 1 June 2009. Arcata/UNITeS intends to acquire commercial items & services using FAR Part 12. Interested firms have fourteen (14) days until 27 May 2009, 4:00 PM CT, to submit inwriting their proposals to the identified point of contact. This announcement constitutesthe only solicitation, as proposals are being requested per the attached Request forProposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) which are located in the attached WORD files. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of anyamendments, and clarifying questions and answers.
