- Description
- NSN 4720-01-065-4828, Hose Assembly, Air Duct, Air Breathing. Approved Source: RE Darling Co (28445) P/N REDAR-A11068-01. This is an unrestricted procurement and there are no drawings/specifications available. Any alternate offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited with Zones 1 and 2 to be specified in the solicitation. Government's required delivery schedule is 100 each in 150 days after date of award, 100 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. The solicitation will be available on the DSCC DIBBS website on or about 5/29/09. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 year Basic, 4 one year (365 days each) option periods). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies conatined in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
