- RFP - PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS INFORMATIONAL ONLY - FOR 8(A) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) SUPPORTING THE BRAC PROGRAM - US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, NORFOLK DISTRICT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District has a requirement to design and construct a vehicle paint facility with paint booth to accommodate preparations and painting of vehicles, equipment, components, helicopters, and modular causeways sections (MCS) with chemical agent resistant coating (CARC) and other coating to meet Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clean Air Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, and other applicable US and State of Virginia environmental laws and regulations. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price TASK ORDER to ONE of the THREE contractors in the 8(a) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Supporting the BRAC program contract pool. Proposals will ONLY be accepted from: Homeland Contracting Corporation, Ortega Group, LLC, and Atlantic Marine Construction. This notice is posted to allow a fair opportunity for each contractor to download Request for Proposal documentation. Proposal will NOT be accepted from other vendors.
