- It is the intent of the Government for this action to result in firm fixed price 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)Contract with multiple awardees. FOB is Destination. This procurement is for: 32mm Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight (ACOG) Kit, NSN: 1240-01-540-2890, P/N 13010580. GMQ: 10,000 MAX: 100,000. Estimated issue date 19 June, 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by assessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
