- Amendment 1:To correct the "Place of Contract Performance" field in FBO from "Contractor's facility and/or Washington, DC metropolitan area" to "Government offices located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area." THE COMPLETE COPY OF AMENDMENT 1 FOR SOLICITATION NUMBER 0409RP21199 IS AVAILABLE THROUGH DOI/NBC/AQD's website. PLEASE GO TO http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/solic/openmarket.asp AND FIND THE SOLICITATION NUMBER ENDING IN 21199. A complete RFP package is available by downloading the documents at the AQD Website as follows: http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/solic/openmarket.asp. The RFP and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the RFP and subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above site. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments (if any). This will be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFERORS' RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE AQD WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS RFP. All questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and are to be submitted via email to Lydia.Nunez@aqd.nbc.gov no later than May 14, 2009, Noon, Eastern local time. All email inquiries must have "RFP 0409RP21199" included in the subject line. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Offerors.
