- HP Radia Software: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Hewlett Packard Radia Software. (See attached specifications) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is D-09-HQ-Q-0021 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All items will be delivered to 600 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 within 30 days after receipt of order. The following FAR clauses are applicable to this acquisition. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial (JUN 2008), 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUN 2008); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (FEB 2007) and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Req! uired To Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (JUN 2008). The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this/these address(es): http://www.accessgpo.gov and http://www.arnet.gov/far/. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423430 and the Size Standard is 100 employees. **DEA will accept all questions until May 8, 2009 3pm. This a software maintenance agreement.** A written quote must be submitted by May 13, 2009. Quotes must be submitted by authorized resellers of Hewlett Packard products. No solicitation is available. A pre-award sample may be required for testing prior to award. No telephone responses will be accepted.
