- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for residential remodeling service in accordance with attached Scope of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offer(s) is being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG33-09-Q-63Z024. This combines synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses and the Department of Labor Wage Rates for construction. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAIC) code is 236118, size $33.5. This solicitation is set aside for total-small businesses. ***All contractors interested in this solicitation shall conduct a site visit on Thursday, 14MAY09. Contractors that do NOT conduct a site visit will not be qualified to provide a quote in reference to this solicitation and offers will not be considered.** For site visit scheduling, please contact BM2 Port or SK2 Ortega at (541) 765-2124.
