- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army / Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) / Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to Geometrics, Inc. located in San Jose, California under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This order is to purchase a quantity of four OhmMapper TRN additional receivers and one OhmMapper transmitter with supporting items and training to support an upgrade to TR5 from TR1 on-site individually operated Government-owned system. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
