- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure non-personal, operational and technical support services for the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) to integrate General Atomics Aeronautical Systems' Predator A/B Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) surrogate -a Beechcraft King Air 200 manned aircraft-into a joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) architecture, conduct flight operations, and collect and disseminate electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) full motion video (FMV) with appropriate metadata and synthetic aperture radar (SAR/GMTI) imagery. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability statement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all capability statements received by 29 May ! 2009 will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The solicitation number is N00189-09-T-Z081 and the applicable NAICS code is 334511. The government anticipates award of firm-fixed-priced contract to satisfy the requirement.
