- Quotes are being requested for 84 Units (588 feet) of 4' X 7' metal bicycle barricades and 1,404 feet of 4' X 12' metal temporary panel fence at the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This is a Commercial Request for Quote. A written solicitation will not be issued, this is the request for quote, the Solicitation no. is FA8601-09-Q-0YCT. DELIVERY (Set-up and Removal): The USAF Marathon is on Saturday 19 September 2009. Panels and bid barricade must be set up no later than Thursday, 17 September 2009, 12:00 Noon. Removal of all items must be by Monday, 21 September 2009 4:00 pm DST. FOB: DESTINATION. (FAR 52.247-34) If you would like to receive notice of any amendments and/or addendums that may be issued to this synopsitation, you must register. If you do not register, it is your responsibility to review the web site for any changes to the RFQ. Payment terms are Net 30 after delivery and removal. Be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. If sending attachments via e-mail, ensure only.PDF,.doc, or.xls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments. The e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents. Contractor shall be registered in CCR (website: http://ccr.gov) and ORCA (website: https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) prior to award. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Any award resulting from this solicitation will include Electronic Submission of Payment Request. Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) is the DoD system for implementing statutory requirements. Use of the basic system is at no cost and the winning offeror shall complete vendor training, which is also available at no cost, at http://www.wawftraining.com. Prior to submitting invoices to the production system, contractors shall register for an account at http://wawf.eb.mil/.
