- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The Louis A. Johnson VAMC in Clarksburg WV is seeking sources who would be interested in providing Home Oxygen Supplies and Services for Veterans and Beneficiaries of the Louis A. Johnson Healthcare System. The VAMC currently serves an estimated 800 oxygen-using patients. Required services include storage, delivery, set-up, adjustment, patient/caregiver instructions and recovery of equipment. The Government is seeking to issue solicitations under a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to procure this service for a period not to exceed 4 years and will do so depending on the qualified interest to this sources sought. Large and small businesses are welcome to respond for informational purposes in the event no Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses have the capacity to provide this service The NAICS code for this procurement will be 621610.
