- Acquire Lectern/cart to mount existing VTC unit, computer, keyboard, and mouse to. Acquire audio system for use with VTC/Computer. Mount power, video, network, and audio ports into lectern in order to connect a laptop computer to the conference room display. Install video/audio switch to control input from lectern computer and external laptop. Reroute power, video, ISDN, and network connections in the walls to provide one point of connection for lectern equipment. Provide Cable management for wall-to-lectern cabling.
