- The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 41 USC 253 (c)(1) with Brigham Young University for a follow-up study of Vietnam Veterans and veteran and non-veteran populations in implementing and improving research and statistical procedures for the analysis, planning and development of healthcare access needs for veterans residing in rural, remote, and isolated areas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. See Note 22.
