- Recovery Act Project: Contractor to provide design build services to replace approximately 2,000 linear feet of hard water piping and approximately 1,500 linear feet of existing soft water pipe serving the quarter's buildings at Black Hills Healthcare Systems, Hot Springs campus located at 500 N. 5th St., Hot Springs, South Dakota. The existing pipe is approximately 80 years old and significant corrosion has been observed of sections that have been excavated and exposed. The project will include excavations, pipe replacement and asphalt road repair. The design build services shall include all engineering and construction services as required for complete design and construction. Approximate date that solicitations will be available is May 20, 2009. This information is provided for informational purposes only, this opportunity, under the authority of Public Law 109-461 is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns only.
