Description
SPECIFICATIONS for Pack-in / Pack-out Litter Bags Contractor shall supply plastic litter bags in accordance with the following specifications Item Numbers 001, 002 & 003 a) Need plastic litter bags on a roll (the roll will subsequently be placed on a roll-out dispenser, inside diameter of the cardboard that roll is wrapped around has to be 3 inches). b) 1.75 ML thick c) Size, 14 X 22 d) Printing, bag messages (each bag will have printing on both sides, see template for printing needs) (1) One message printed and configured proportionally on entire bag on one side, see enclosure 1 for the message and illustration (do not include the statement Enclosure 1 on the bag as part of the message). (2) Another message printed and configured proportionally on entire bag on the opposite side, see enclosure 2 for the message and illustration (do not include the statement Enclosure 2 on the bag as part of the message). e) Each bag to include a perforated edge to rip-tear each bag apart on the roll so that as people unwind they can separate or tear each bag off individually. f) No Handles g) Include the recycling symbol and number according to how the bag can be recycled itself. h) Background color, standard White (an example will be provided to the selected Contractor) i) Letters and symbols, standard Orange (an example will be provided to the selected Contractor) j) Need 75 rolls (750 bags per roll) Item Numbers 004 & 005 a) Need plastic litter bags on a roll (the roll will subsequently be placed on a roll-out dispenser, inside diameter of the cardboard that roll is wrapped around has to be 3 inches). b) 1.75 ML thick c) Size, 20 X 33 d) Printing, bag messages (each bag will have printing on both sides, see template for printing needs) (1) One message printed and configured proportionally on entire bag on one side, see enclosure 1 for the message and illustration (do not include the statement Enclosure 1 on the bag as part of the message). The printing plate template will be sent to the selected Contractor after contract award. The selected Contractor will be required to return the printing plate template to the government along with Items 001-005.
