- Furnish two custom gear drives, Model R0-30-40S, S/N 49362, Print # 651209PT to the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with The Walter Machine Co., Inc. based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This written solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to peggy.echols@us.army.mil.
