- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition - Leesburg, FL The United States Government currently occupies 8,691 rentable square feet in a building located at 118 E. Main St., Leesburg, FL. The lease expires July 31, 2009. The Government is requesting a lease extension for a one year firm term. Location: Space must be located within the City limits of Leesburg, FL. Required: All services, supplies, and utilities. The Government intends to negotiate this lease using less than full and open competition procurement procedures. Factors used in the evaluation, but not limited to, include all tenant improvements, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and the agency’s special requirements. Term: The lease term a one year firm term. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact Mary G.
