THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER WET UTILITY MACC GROUP 0037, N68711-04-D-3002; INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF VARIOUS WET UTILITIES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, NEVADA AND NEW MEXICO, NAVFAC. This procurement is for the sanitary sewer improvement of the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable will be used as the basis for award, with the intent to award a firm-fixed price construction task order to the responsible Offeror whose technical proposal is acceptable and whose price is the lowest, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP); is the most advantageous to the government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110, and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award without discussions. Selection for award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
