- U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Air and Marine, is interested in leasing office space in St. Augustine, Florida. Amount of space: Approximately 4,120 square feet of occupiable space. The building offered for lease must be of permanent construction. The lease premises must be located on the waterfront, within 20 minutes of the St. Augustine Inlet; within the following boundaries: Northern boundary – the St. Augustine Airport: Southern boundary – State Road 312 Western Boundary - U.S. Highway 1 Eastern Boundary - A1A The site must have available parking for twenty-five (25) vehicles. All services and utilities shall be included as part of the rental consideration. Term: Seeking (5)-year lease, cancellable with 90-day notification. Occupancy is required on or about May 1, 2010.
