- This procurement is a total Socio-Economic Small Business goaling Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business all quotes received from small business concerns will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Purchase hay 3 FOOT X 3 FOOT MEDIUM BALES, APPROXIMATELY 800 POUNDS PER BALE. LOCATION: Rock Springs Field Office, Rock Springs, Wyoming. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A performance period of 60 calendar days with a completion date no later than August 15, 2009. With an estimated start date on June 15, 2009.
