- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for Strongbond Retreat in the Williamsburg, VA area. The Contractor shall provide 80 rooms with double beds, two (2) adult conference rooms and two (2) children conference room with audio/visual equipment, meals for 100 adults and 75 children for three nights Strongbond Retreat for military families. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price and the expected solicitation procedure is unrestricted. The period of performance begins 19-22 June 2009 for the military family event. NAICS code is 72111 and size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or www.fbo.gov/ on or about 12 May 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0318. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offerors received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
