- Description
- The work to be performed is as follows:Develop plans and specifications for the construction of a new Fuse Tank Storage Building. Building to consist of concrete foundation and floor slab, steel frame, and standing seam metal roof. Requirements included utilities, fire detection/protection, site improvements, and pavements. Develop plans and specifications for the repair of Bunkers 4237 - 4242. The scope of the repair includes lighting upgrades and door replacement and is detailed in the DOD 1391. Develop plans and specifications for the repair of Bunkers 4243, 4245, and 4246. The scope of the repair is detailed in the DOD 1391. Develop plans and specifications for the construction of a new Van Storage Area. The project includes storm drainage and area lighting/power and is detailed in the DOD 1391.Estimated construction cost is between $2 and $2.5 million.
