- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache—Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Building and Property Specialty Trade Services, forestwide, on Recreation Sites, Administrative Sites, and otheroutlying forest facilities. Facilities Maintenance may include, but not be limited to janitorial services (cleaning of vault toilets and pumping holding tanks), maintenance and repair of buildings and structures (electrical work, window/door replacement, painting, roof repair, carpet laying, etc.), maintenance and repair of controllers for wells, exterior electrical work, minor concrete work, and other maintenance as needed. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract using the Multiple Award Schedule format. The Government anticipates awarding a sufficient number of contracts to individual small businesses that will provides these services to the five (5) Ranger Districts that comprise the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests (Alpine Ranger District, Alpine, AZ; Black Mesa Ranger District, Overgaard, AZ; Clifton Ranger District, Duncan, AZ; Lakeside Ranger District, Lakeside, AZ; Springerville Ranger District, Springerville, AZ). This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses under the NAICS code 238990 for which the size class is $13.0 Million or less. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after March 25, 2009, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors must have a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases.
