- Cliffside Helium Well Workovers BLM Cliffside Gas Field - The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to workover gas wells completed in the Brown Dolomite at depths on the order of 3,000 ft. to 3,600 ft. A clear, level location will be provided at the wellsite, and the wellsite shall be left in roughly the same state in which it was found. Workover procedures and schematics will be provided by the BLM. The work is located in Potter County, Texas. The NAICS code for this procurement is 213112 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated period of performance is 9 months after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors will be required to print the solicitation documents for submission of their offers. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about April 14, 2009. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
