- Solicitation FA8121-09-R-0003 is cancelled and replaced by FA8121-09-R-0038. A firm fixed-price Requirements Type Commercial Contract is contemplated with a one year basic and 4 (four) one year options. The Government is in the process of developing repair capability for these iems. As the repair process is established assets will be brought in house to be repaired organically and this contract will be used to repair assets beyond the capacity or capability of the Government.
