- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13.5. Solicitation Number N00164-09-T-GQ19 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto at the following location http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. This requirement is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Brand Name or Equivalent Munters Model DEW-50 (MG50) Turnkey Dessicant Dehumidifier, with a not to exceed amount of $5,000,000. If it is in the best interest of the Government, the Government reserves the right to award this purchase order to more than one qualified offeror. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the government, considering past performance and price related factors. All changes to the requirement that occu! r prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps, and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
