- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N40442-09-T-5393, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. NAICS 333924 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to NACCO MATERIALS HANDLING GROUP, INC, 1010 E FAIRCHILD STREET, DANVILLE, IL 61832-3393 for the USNS SATURN Diesel Forklift. Only parts manufactured by NACCO Material Handling, INC the OEM will be accepted. Any offers that are not authorized distributors of NACCO dba Hyster will not be accepted. CLIN0001: Part# 1475598, S60XM SAFETY CAGE, 3 EA. CLIN0002: Part # 1463435, E40XM SAFETY CAGE, 6 ea. CLIN0003: Part # 1663462, E40XM LOAD BACKREST, 6 ea. The requested delivery date for the above items is ASAP. The delivery address zip code is 23323. Please provide the cost of freight charges if applicable.
