- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Leetex Construction, LLC., of Dallas, Texas, as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 19.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. The project consists of the renovation of Bldg 29007 and the major components of the work include upgrade of electrical service, replacement of electrical interior distribution, upgrade of mechanical system including installation of chiller and climate controlling 100% of building, new architectural work on interior, fire wall separation between bays, and 100% communications distribution replacement. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, under NAICS 238990 ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
