- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (AIR 2.5.1.7), Patuxent River, MD is seeking information for potential sources regarding a reconditioned forklift with the following specifications: -8,000 lb. capacity @ 24” load center -1-1/2 x 4 x 72” Class III forks The offer must include a trade in credit/allowance. This item will be procured by one company via a competition posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. A Visa card will be the method of payment for this procurement. DELIVERY LOCATION Patuxent River, MD 20670 A capability statement shall address, as a minimum, the following: Company profile to include current number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and a statement regarding current small business status (indicate whether Section 8(a), HUB Zone or small disabled veteran owned). Each vendor shall state whether they can provide all the above manufacture’s product. Send all documentation to Shannon Bryner at shannon.bryner@navy.mil by close of business March 10th, 2009.
