Description
VA-261-08-RP-0083 Due: Feb. 29, 2008 (est.), Request for Proposal (RFP) - Janitorial Services at the VA Northern California Health Care System, Martinez Facility. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for the aforementioned service for several buildings. This will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. Interested Offerors must be prepared to demonstrate compliance with any and all regulations concerning SDVOSB qualifications, to include teaming arrangements, joint ventures or any other collaborative agreements. Contractor to provide, as appropriate, all labor, supplies, management and general expertise necessary to fulfill requirements. NAICS Code of 561720, size standard of $15.0 million applies. Product Service code of S201 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about Feb. 15, 2008. This is expected to be a one year agreement with four yearly option periods that the Government will exercise at its discretion. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Proposals shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial proposals will be rejected. Proposal shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
