- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services, 600 N. 5th Street, Richmond, VA 23219, for newborn screening kits. This is not a set-aside for small business and will be awarded using a blanket purchase agreement for one year. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. All responses must be received by 11/May/2009 and can be faxed to 703-806-0443 or emailed to yvonne.parson@amedd.army.mil.
