Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W52H09-08-D-5005. The street will be repaired and widened in order to support traffic in the warehouse district that includes semi-trucks and forklifts. Vertical geometry will also be adjusted, a sidewalk will be put in on the east side of the street and a new stormwater system will be put in place. The estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The project will be awarded as a firm fixed price task order under contract W52H09-08-D-5005. Contract W52H09-08-D-5005 was awarded under full and open competition with the use of best value source selection procedures to Russell Construction Co. Inc. of Davenport, Iowa on August 21, 2008. The design build and construction services proposed to be awarded under this contract include the type of work designated in this synopsis. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
