- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://wps.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the simple point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure on a sole source basis from Northwest Propellers, distributor for Escher Wyss GmbH of Germany, 2321 87th Street CT NW, Gig Harbor WA 98332 one each PORT and STBD Escher Wyss design Servo Clutches, components for one each PORT and STBD Escher Wyss design Command Transmitters, one each PORT and STBD Command Shafts assembly, and one each PORT and STBD Return Shaft assembly in support of the Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP! ) system modifications associated with the Automatic Propulsion Control System Replacement.
