- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Philadelphia, PA intends to procure on a 100% small business set-aside basis services to develop and produce a variety of commemorative media, as well as to guide and direct the entire anniversary program marking the centennial anniversary of the NSWCCD, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES) Philadelphia's facility by researching, capturing and chronicling its 100 year history. A Time-and-Materials type contract is anticipated.Interested vendors will be asked to submit technical and price information and the evaluation for contract award resulting from the forthcoming Request-For-Quotation (RFQ) will consider technical more important than price. The applicable NAICS Code is 541820 with a size standard of $7M. Prospective quoters will be able to obtain a copy of the RFQ once it is posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website: www.neco.navy.mil. Quoters shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. In addition, quoters are required to go-online to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a quotation.
