- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) extends to extend contract DTFA03-00-D-00022 with L-3 ILEX (L-3 Systems)for STARS T&E. This modification will be to extend the period of performance for the current requirement to September 30, 2009. A follow-on procurement will be issued. The ceiling hours of the current order will not be exceeded. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
