- NSN: 1620-00-898-3466. Item: Gland, Hydraulic SWI in accordance with Boeing Company (Cage 81205), Part Number: 9-22962-1. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This procurement is unrestricted and is sole source to The Boeing Company, Cage 81205. Any manufacturer, other than The Boeing Company, Cage 81205, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 200 each. The requested delivery schedule is 274 days after receipt of order. FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance point will be at Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. This item is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies to this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be May 22, 2009 with a closing date of June 22, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
