- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a commercial service acquisition for laundry services to include laundering of coveralls, shop towels and Government-owned shirts. The requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) and is being issued for full and open competition. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 812332 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14 million. It is anticipated that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about May 8, 2009 and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about May 14, 2009 at 12:30pm local time, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 09SQ340006 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after May 8, 2009 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
