- Management Systems Support Division (MSSD), and the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP-M) intend to issue a sole source purchase order to Quasar Power and Technologies Inc (DBA) Milpower Source for Milpower UPS with SNMP Software for the Military Sealift Command. This contract will add additional UPS that are in inventory and are being used to upgrade the UPS on selected ships. No substitution of material is authorized. The Government intends to acquire this commercial service using Simplified Acquistion Procedures under Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00104-09-QQ657. this RFQ is for the intend to award a purchase order and does not constitute an RFQ.
