- Description
- The objective of this project is to modify Air Handling Unit 2, replace Air Handling Units 4 and 5 and demolition of three inoperative roof top units (in addition to RTU 3). Additionally, the scope includes improving the SPD HVAC system via modification to existing ductwork, change out of VAV to CAV boxes and resize replacement of Air Handling Unit 3. The complete specification package will be provided separately. Site visit is scheduled for 12 May 2009, 0900 EDT. Attendees are to meet in Building B-42 conference room, James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN (adjacent to East TN State University, Johnson City, TN). Estimate time of contract: 240 days from Notice to Proceed. This time frame is mandatory.
