Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in Huntsville, AL, available for use by the proposed tenant agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: The offered building and/or location must be of Class A quality; of sound and substantial construction; and must be located within the following delineated area of consideration: NORTH:University Drive NW (Hwy. 72) EAST:Sparkman Drive SOUTH: I-565 WEST: Slaughter Road. Square Footage Requirement: The proposed office building for lease by the Government must be able to accommodate 5,175 rentable square feet or 4,500 BOMA Office area. Term: The space is required by October 1, 2009. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
